Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Free Shipping within the US on all purchases over $50, we just ask that you pay the shipping back if you decide to return.

We typically ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy: Store Credit within 30 days of receipt, item must not have been washed or worn, must be returned in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Email contact@olliejay.com your order number to initiate your return. We do not accept returns for orders from boutiques, you must contact the retailer you purchased from in order to go through their return system.

Exchanges: Didn't get the right fit? We offer exchanges on available product for unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of receipt if the items are not final sale.
